Pahadi Adventures believes that every trek or any offbeat trip should resonate with nature, culture & the local people. Experiential trips with a flavour of adventure in it is the core theme of every trip.
All our trips are organised on peaceful & less explored trails where you can witness mother nature in its raw form along with magnificent views of Himalayas.
Each group have a maximum capacity of 15 (Trekking ), 10 for technical peaks & 20 for cultural. Small group ensure utmost safety and much more individual attention which makes your trip more memorable & safe.
Our team members are highly experienced Mountaineers, local guides and porters who have years of experience on the field. We take utmost care while crafting each trip and
make sure you have an incredible lifetime experience with utmost safety.

My name is Gaurav Rawat and I am from Pauri Garhwal in Uttarakhand. This is my story.
Within a year of working as a computer engineer, I was certain the corporate rat race wasn’t for me. I quit my job in 2013 and worked as a computer teacher for underprivileged kids in a slum in Delhi for around 6 months.
I was on a journey to find my purpose or my “Ikigai”.
My journey had some major milestones:
- Turning point: Discovered my love for mountains when I completed Basic mountaineering course (BMC) at Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering & Winter Sports institute in
Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir in 2013. - Skill building : Completed Advance mountaineering course (AMC) and Advanced first aid responder course through Indian mountaineering foundation (IMF) in Delhi in 2013.
- Exploring adventure Tourism : In 2016, organised large adventure camps in association with the government of Chhattisgarh. I also organised camps for schools across
Chhattisgarh. - Expert recognition : Honoured to work as a Liaison Officer for an Indo-French Italian expedition for Indian Mountaineering Foundation in 2017.
- Mentoring the youth : Coached an aspiring mountaineer to successfully summit Mount Everest in 2018. Recently I coached yet another young mountaineer from Gorakhpur to
summit Mt.Kilimanjaro in January 2021. - Started Experientures in 2018 to organize Himalayan treks & offbeat trips across India, Nepal & Bhutan in an eco sustainable
way.
In the past 11 + years, I have travelled a lot across the Himalayas with both national and International clients from across the world. Leading treks and offbeat trips across himalayas and other parts of India made me realize the importance of working with nature in a sustainable way. Responsible trekking preserves both the natural & local culture and this is what makes our country so amazing & diverse.
