Day 01: Arrival in the Heart of the Himalayas
Your journey begins as you touch down at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Day 02: Soaring Heights and the First Steps
The excitement peaks as you board a flight to Lukla, a tiny airstrip nestled in the mountains at 2840 meters. The thrill of flying amidst towering peaks is a prelude to the trek ahead. The trek commences, leading you to Phakding at 2652 meters. The trail, adorned with prayer flags and flanked by rushing rivers, covers 8 kilometers in a modest 3 hours, offering a gentle introduction to the Himalayan terrain.
Day 03: Ascending to Namche Bazaar
Embarking on a 10 to 12 kilometer journey, you trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar at 3440 meters. Day 08: Reaching the Pinnacle – Everest Base Camp
The highlight of the journey unfolds as you trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep at 5180 meters. From Gorakshep, a challenging 5.36-kilometer trek takes you to the fabled Everest Base Camp at 5364 meters. Day 09: Sunrise Glory at Kala Patthar and Descent to Pheriche

Day 10: Homeward Bound to Namche
Descending further, you trek from Pheriche to Namche at 3440 meters, covering 14 to 15 kilometers in 7 hours. The familiar trails bring a sense of nostalgia, and the journey becomes a reflection on the challenges overcome and the heights conquered.
Day 11: Final Leg to Lukla
The trek culminates as you traverse from Namche to Lukla, covering 18 to 19 kilometers in 7 hours. The journey back retraces familiar steps, offering a chance to savor the memories created amidst the Himalayan grandeur.
Day 12: Return to Kathmandu – A Journey Fulfilled

Day 13: Farewell to the Himalayas

- Gum boots will be required and mandatory for chadar trek.
- ID Proof (along with photocopy) and 6 passport size photos.
- Three layers of warm clothes: Carry two or three-layer jackets, fleece jackets and a padded jacket.
- Backpack (40-50 L) & its rain cover.
- Two trek pants . Denim/jeans and shorts are not suitable for trekking.
- Three t-shirts (collared/dri-fit): Full sleeved t-shirts that prevent sun burns on the neck and arms. Carry one or two dri fit T shirts.
- Cap
- Water proof hand gloves : Carry waterproof gloves, Thermals: Carry thermals (top and bottom).
- Sunglasses : Sunglasses are mandatory. There will be a lot of snow on the trek and can cause snow blindness. Make sure your sunglasses are UV protected.Â
- Socks (3-4 pairs) and a pair of woollen socks: Apart from two sports socks, you can take a pair of woollen socks for the night.
- Headlamp/LED torch with extra batteries.
- Raincoat / Ponchos
- Carry a few plastic bags in case your clothes get wet.
- Lunch box and water bottle: Every trekker should have their personal lunch box and two water bottles [ 1 insulated type & 1 plastic bottle ]
